Generative AI Chatbot – Federación Patronal

DirMOD is a leading company in technological solutions that, in partnership with AWS, supports the digital transformation of various organizations through disruptive technologies. In collaboration with key players in the insurance sector, such as Federación Patronal, we have implemented innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Federación Patronal sought to incorporate artificial intelligence tools to optimize customer service and access to key information, such as the terms and conditions of their policies. Their goal was to streamline the resolution of frequent inquiries and free up human team members to focus on strategic tasks.

DirMOD developed a generative AI-based chatbot using AWS, capable of answering complex questions related to policies and coverage. This virtual agent was integrated into MS Teams, providing quick and secure access for Federación Patronal employees. Additionally, the chatbot includes monitoring capabilities for cost and performance, ensuring long-term sustainability and effectiveness.

DirMOD leveraged a range of key AWS services to develop and optimize the document processing and query solution for Federación Patronal.

Amazon Bedrock was implemented to integrate generative AI models capable of efficiently processing and answering queries. Amazon OpenSearch Serverless was used to store and index content extracted from PDF documents, providing a scalable and high-performance vector database. Amazon S3 offered secure and scalable storage for the processed documents and data, ensuring accessibility and information protection. The solution was monitored through AWS CloudWatch, allowing detailed tracking of key metrics, while AWS Budgets was used to manage cost alerts associated with the solution’s usage. Additionally, AWS Quicksight enabled the creation of interactive dashboards to measure the chatbot’s performance, visualizing indicators such as response speed, token consumption, and user feedback. Finally, the integration with MS Teams allowed the virtual agent to be directly available on Federación Patronal’s internal collaboration platform, improving efficiency and accessibility for users.

This combination of AWS services enabled DirMOD to provide an advanced, high-performance technological solution optimized for Federación Patronal‘s needs.
